fbjee Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the fbjee platform — all rules relating to accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are explained in detail here.

These terms and conditions have been most recently updated. fbjee reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated terms.

1. General Provisions and Definitions

fbjee is an online betting and casino entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh. In this document, "platform" or "site" refers to the fbjee website and its associated services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on fbjee or is using the platform.

By accessing the fbjee platform or creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these complete terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming guidelines.

1.1 Applicability

These terms apply to all services on the fbjee platform — sports betting, casino games, slots, live dealer games, and other entertainment activities. Separate rules may apply to individual sections, but these will always serve as a supplement to these general terms, not as a replacement.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use the fbjee platform, users must be 21 or older. Creating or using an account by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. fbjee may request a copy of a government-issued ID at any time to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all related accounts and their balances being forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. If false or misleading information is provided, fbjee reserves the right to suspend or close the account. It is your responsibility to keep your account login details secure.

3. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on fbjee is ৳100 (for each method). The accepted payment methods on the platform are:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
  • Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service

Deposit requests are generally processed instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the fbjee support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

3.3 Right to Cancel Transactions

fbjee reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction in cases of technical error, suspected fraud, or system issues. In such cases, the user will be notified as soon as possible.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

fbjee offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,200 in bonus → total balance ৳2,200
  • Deposit ৳26,000 and get the maximum ৳15,000 in bonus → total balance ৳41,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
  • fbjee specifies the validity period of the bonus separately for each promotion.
  • It is not possible to have multiple bonus offers active at the same time.
  • fbjee reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on the fbjee platform are operated fairly and transparently. The platform uses SSL encryption and is committed to ensuring fair play. Each game result is determined independently and is not dependent on previous results.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbjee platform:

  • Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games
  • Unfairly exploiting bonus benefits or bonus hunting
  • Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage
  • Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or error in the platform
  • Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities
  • Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account

5.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error results in an incorrect bonus or reward being credited, fbjee reserves the right to correct the excess amount. The user will have no claim in such cases.

6. VIP Program and Rewards

The fbjee VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Tier status is determined based on a user's activity and participation on the platform. fbjee publishes detailed VIP benefit rules separately and reserves the right to change them at any time.

To earn VIP cashback, maintaining an active account and complying with the terms and conditions is mandatory. In the event of a rule violation, fbjee may cancel any earned benefits.

7. Responsible Gaming

fbjee places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gambling is an entertainment activity and should never be considered a source of income.

  • Only play with money that you can afford to lose without financial hardship.
  • Set your own deposit and betting limits.
  • Avoid playing when you are under stress or feeling low.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 fbjee's Rights

fbjee may immediately suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

  • If clear evidence of a terms violation is found
  • If fraudulent activity on the account is suspected
  • If registration with false information is proven
  • If an account belonging to a person under 21 is identified
  • If instructions are received from a court or competent authority

8.2 User Rights

You may contact the support team at any time to close your fbjee account. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided the applicable terms and conditions are followed.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is not sold or shared with any third party without the user's consent. However, fbjee may be required to provide information to the relevant authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

10. Limitation of Liability

The fbjee platform is provided on an "as is" basis. fbjee is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from playing on the platform. Game outcomes are entirely random and the platform does not guarantee any specific result.

fbjee is not responsible for any loss caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service provider failures. In such situations, fbjee will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
